Building Careers. Strengthening Communities. Supporting the Trades.
A good career can start with one chance. We help students and young adults get the tuition help, tools and mentors they need to learn a trade, by bringing local businesses, educators and skilled workers to the same table.

Why RCF exists
Opportunity grows when people work together

- A trade schoolneeds more supplies and equipment for hands-on classes.
- A local businesswants to help, but doesn't know where to start.
- RCF connects themWe match real needs with the people and resources that can meet them.
From the shop floor
A real training rig for real plumbing students
RCF donated a full water heater training board to the plumbing program at Greater Lawrence Technical School. Opus Plumbing & Heating assembled it. Now students practice shut-offs, expansion tanks and copper connections on working equipment, not just diagrams.
